About Family

Moo-ok ägar en känd dumplingbutik mitt i Seoul med långa kundköer, men han är förtvivlad. Hans enda son Moon-seok som han har hoppats skulle ta över familjeföretaget har blivit en hängiven buddhistmunk. Så en dag kommer två barn till butiken och påstår att Moon-seok är deras far. Från att vara småaktig, ensam och vresig förvandlas Moo-ok plötsligt till att kunna njuta och glädjas som aldrig förr.

Den koreanska titeln betyder ordagrant ”stor familj” och bjuder in oss till att undersöka familjens utveckling i ett modernt samhälle som fortfarande är genomsyrat av starka traditioner. Ett hjärtevärmande familjedrama berättat med glimten i ögat.
